Terms and Conditions


By using Maid Love’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Service Agreement

Maid Love provides residential and optional office cleaning services as scheduled and requested by the customer.


Services will be performed in a professional manner, but results may vary depending on condition of the space, materials, and customer requests.


2. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services are rendered or scheduled.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.


4. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the location during the scheduled service time.


If we are unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered a missed visit and may be non-refundable.


5. Damage & Liability

Maid Love takes care when cleaning, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed in advance.


Please secure valuables and notify our team of any delicate surfaces or objects prior to service.


6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a space is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a risk to our team.


7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used solely to deliver and manage services.


We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
